Banadi believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy.
How do I cancel an order on banadi.in?
Unfortunately, if you have to cancel an order, please inform us via call or email or on website contact form within 3 hours after reviewing shipment and return it within 24 hours of receiving the courier.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
Yes, you can cancel your order before it has shipped, in this case, we have to deduct 2% of your payment as for payment processing.
Can is cancel my order after if I do not like or have a size issue?
We deal in fancy jewelry and clothing, so we do not accept returns on the basis of like or dislike any product.
For size confirmation you can call or message on WhatsApp to our support team before order and ask them to share actual mobile picture or showing the actual size on video.
Can we return product if we found it in defect condition?
We do check all product carefully before packing and take picture before packing and then we ship the product. We can share this picture to the customer on their demand. If you found any product defect while shipping you can claim for a refund for mishandling shipping.
We request to you take video while unbox the product. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases there are defects found in the product while shipping.
Your order may be canceled from our end if the product will not be available. In that case you would get the full refund amount which you have paid.
Unfortunately, if you found any defected product, please inform us within 3 hours after receiving the courier. .
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will initial the refund for you amount within 15 days.
If you get any product with manufactured defect you have to return within 3 days with your courier receipt and we should receive it within 7 working days. We would not accept your returned product after 7 days.
We do not accept return for international shipment.
No return for international shipment due to high shipping cost and time duration.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9967781523 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Apart from condition reserved here in above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
All General Courier (Shipment) along with COD should be expected to revive within 8-10 days.
Minimum order on COD (Cash on Delivery) should be more than Rs.500.
Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
