Banadi Store believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
How do I cancel an order on banadi.in?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please intimate us within 6 hours after recieving shipment and send it return within 12 hours of recieving the courier.
For outright cancellations by you:
- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount within 15 to 25 days.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
- If you cancel order after shipping or refuse to accept the shipment, you have to pay shipping chages, in case, if you found defect or different product you are eligable for replacement without shipping charges.
- The product will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product or wrong product is recieved but you have to share the video of unboxing the package, otherwise the replacement will not be applicable.
You order may be cancel from our end if the product wiil not available. In that case you would get full refund amount which you have paid. If you did not get any update on your order, please call us or Whatsapp at +91 7073662717 for your order comfirmation. Banadi Store will not be responsible for the delay.
If unfortunately you found any defected product, please update us within 2 hours and send us unboxing video.
Refunds will be made on the same account or the payment detail provide by customer on Whatsapp or Email. It will proceed within 10- 15 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
We do not accept returns on the basis of like or dislke produuct. We send same product which you have ordered. If you get any product with manufactured defect or different product, you have to inform us within 2 hours after recieving the shipment and send for return withing 3 days with your courier reciept and it should be recieved us within 7 working days. We would not accept your return after 7 days.
We request you to take video while unboxing the shipment. It is necessory to claim for return of defect and different product.
We do not accept return internatinal shipment.
We do not provide any kind of gaurantee or warentee on any fancy and artifical products.
No return for international shipment due to high shipping cost and time duration.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
• All Geeneral Courier (Shipment) along with COD should expected to revieve witthin 8-10 days.
• Minimum order on COD (Cash on Delivery) should be more then 500rs.
• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
