To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?

Delivery charge will be calculated in total weight. If you order multiple products on same time, in that condition delivery chagres wil be calculate on total products weight. 

Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. There will be an Extra Octroi charges for shipment to Maharashtra Region.

If you take any additinal service like-Stitching (Poshak) or Poval (Necklace), it will charge additional which will be update you on whatsapp or sms, it could be take extra time 15-20 days in delivery 

What can i do if shipment got return?

If costomer's shipment got return by courier service mistake then we will rearrnge your delivery. but if your shipment return due to your incorrect address detail or not availability while on delivery time, in that condition we will resend your courier, again shipment cost wil be pay from customer side.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are ready to dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order

Delivery or shipping service is third party service, it can be delay or return due to some reasons, like- delivery network unavaiability, incorrect address, customer unavailability or any other reason. Banadi Store always try to ship your package on time but, in case any delay or return we would not responsible for this incident, if there our team check all shipment with tracking and coordinate with logistic service and always try to deliver your shipment on time without delay. If the shipment got return due to given above conditions, we will rearrange your delivery after your confirmation. but we are not responsible for this time spending.

For international delivery it will take 15 to 25 days. It can be delay more due to unavoidable circumstances.
We will take international order manually and WhatsApp, call or Email, after confirming with the overseas customers on Whatsapp or Call. Please contact is at +91 9967781523 on WhatsApp or Call.

International shipping cost will be update to client after confirming with international logistic company.
 

Can is make Order on Cash On Delivery (COD)
Yes, we send shipment of Cash On (COD) payment mode, but due to heavy rate of courier returns without reacing to the customers, and heavy charges of COD we have revaluate our COD delivery policy. Now you have to deposite or advance "20%" amount of your shipment for eligible of COD delivery mode. We do not deliver full amount of COD mode. 

What if I the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 7073662717 or email us at info@banadi.in mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.


If the demaged or tempered packge accept by mistake from you or your family members, please take video of this shipment while unboxing and share to us with unpacked packge picture from both sides, damaged product picture and shipment label detail. Your video and picture will be check by our Return Management Team, They will coordinate with that logistic partner and get update from there. After analysing they will approve or disapprove for replacement. Once they approve your claim, you would eligible for replacement.

Stitched poshak will not accepted as return because, it stitches according to your mesaurement.
